Ninja Gaiden 2 is due for release in Australia on June 12th. Here is our information on prices and where to get it cheapest. This article will be updated periodically as new prices and changes are discovered.

It is possible to get Ninja Gaiden 2 for $54.80 and even less. You can trade in 3 different Xbox 360 games which are not on the exclusion list to get Ninja Gaiden 2 for free at JB Hi-Fi.
We recommend printing off the exclusion list and searching through bargain bins at Domayne, Harvey Norman, Toy 'R' Us and Myer because they have some really good sales on at the moment. If you cannot find any really cheap games then here is what we recommend from EB Games' preowned sale:

ASK SOMEONE AT JB HI-FI BEFORE BUYING THESE GAMES. Viva Pinata is not technically on the exclusion list (the Viva Pinata/Forza 2 pack is). It's getting close to the anticipated launch of Metal Gear Solid 4 and there still seems to be very little advertisement. The game launches June 12th and this article will continued to be updated with the latest information. Although it doesn't appear there will be a price battle over this AAA release.

Complete rewrite: Dick Smith Electronics and Power House stores have some incredible clearance prices. Some of the better prices are supposed to have ended today (Sunday) but it might be worth trying tomorrow (although most stores have been completely cleaned out).
Not all clearance items will return to regular price. Some games will remain at their current prices and you should check their profiles on the DSE website to clarify.
Additionally, the 30% off sale at Dick Smith Power House stores is still in effect. If you buy anything from a DSE store have them price match a Power House store. They should do it no matter how far away the closest Power House is.
Hotel Dusk is apparently completely sold out, but if anyone sees it I will buy it off you! Please :) Special thanks to hinduguru for the information.

Postal 2 is the sequel to the obscene and and highly inappropriate Postal. Both games have been refused a classification in Australia due to their R rated content. Postal 2: Share The Pain is a multiplayer only version of Postal 2 which is free to download and can be used to play against retail Postal 2 owners.
Special multiplayer edition of Postal 2 (upgrade also available via download for owners of the original). In addition to an enhanced single player mode featuring two new levels, Share the Pain offers four multiplayer types: Snatch: featuring the Postal Babes! There are two things that Wii owners were excited about when WiiWare was set to launch.
The first was the potential for Nintendo to give in and release a external storage device for games, but the other more realistic hype train came in the form of Square Enix debut WiiWare game. My Life as a King takes the Final Fantasy franchise in a new direction, but at times the game feels weak compared to its prestigious heritage.
