As of 5th of June, 2008, JB Hifi at "The Strand" shopping arcade, in Sydney have

Halo 3 edition Xbox 360 pro consoles with free copy of Assassins Creed for $499!

According to Google search "Halo edition xbox 360 hdmi" the top 5 results say it they DO have HDMI.

PS. Funnily, these machines do not come with halo 3 game.
