You should be able to get Crisis Core for only $40 and possibly even $20 if you take advantage of the EB trade in deal. Apparently there is no exclusion list but you should always double check before purchasing any trade bait.

Using copies of the various "Password To" titles at $5 to get it Crisis Core for $20. Even cheaper if you own an Edge card, which only costs $10. Here are some games you could use:
