Just a heads up to anyone out in the Parramatta area in NSW. Dick Smith Electronics there (Across from Bunnings Warehouse) have some really insane gaming apparel on clearance. Some of the notable buys are listed below. The prices are unique to the store itself, but feel free to ask your local store for a pricematch, it's worth a try!

The Nintendo Connection arrives at Myer Sydney City, Level 6, on Thursday, October 15 at Midday.

In copies of Canberra Times and Herald Sun in Melbourne is an advertisment for a Slim PS3, HAWX Game and Colin Mcrae Dirt 2 for $498 at Dick Smith Electronics. It is only available at select stores until Sunday. This price is not featured on the DSE website.

Gametraders Highpoint have a sale on for the next few days: buy any two preplayed games and get another one free! obviously you get the cheapest one free, but that makes sense. You can't do it for playstation 3 games, 360 games or wii games either though.
