OpenTTD is an open source port of the simulation game Transport Tycoon Deluxe. The game is an economics simulator where the player controls a transport company and builds and maintains their tycoon by building transport infrastructures.

OpenTTD is a clone of the Microprose game "Transport Tycoon Deluxe", a popular game originally written by Chris Sawyer. It attempts to mimic the original game as closely as possible while extending it with new features.
